These eratic BUTTERFLY earrings are hand beaded by Dorothy Ance Webb of the Laguna people. She uses a brick stitch pattern & Delica beads. The Butterfly symbol signifies transformation as the ugly caterpillar changes into the beautiful butterfly. The butterfly is also believed to be a messenger from the spirit world. These earrings are attached to silver plated ear wires with silicone backing. However, these can be changed to clips or posts by request. Simply make request during check out in comments box. These earrings measure about 1.75 inches tall by 1 inch wide.
