Shipping outside the continental US is usually by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority International & does not include insurance. Please contact us by phone or email if you want to add shipping insurance to your order. Shipping inside the continental US is usually by UPS Ground & insurance is included in the shipping fees. Expedited or other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us directly by phone or email. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan & UK. If your country is not listed here, please contact us for shipping quotes & details.
Oversized items such as bows, quivers, spears or especially heavy items may require additional shipping fees. Any items requiring additional shipping fees will be noted in the items description or you will be contacted by email.
We will do everything possible to ship your item or items within 2 business days of placing your order, unless your order consists of handmade items. Handmade or custom items could take up to two weeks to complete before shipping. If there is an unusual delay period or we are unable to deliver the items you ordered in a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified.All sales are FINAL. No Refunds or Returns on Authentic Native American made items or custom made items. They are considered “Sold As Is”. Claims for return of defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 3 working days of receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
