Product not made by Native American will not offer Certificates or Card of Authenticity or may specifically state "not Indian made". Please read our disclaimer below. Specific items shown are subject to availability & not guaranteed to be in stock. If you happen to purchase an item that is no longer in stock, the full amount of your payment will be refunded to you immediately.  Sorry, No Refunds or Returns on Authentic Native American made items or custom made items. Shipping :
We ship just about anywhere. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to know the laws & regulations of your state or country pertaining to the products or items you intend to purchase. Cherokee Visions or it's agents or representatives will not be responsible for the duty, fees, penalties or seizure by customs or quarantine agencies.  To get a shipping quote, you may call us at 337-214-4171 or email us at info@cherokeevisions.com  

Shipping outside the continental US is usually by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority International & does not include insurance. Please contact us by phone or email if you want to add shipping insurance to your order. Shipping inside the continental US is usually by UPS Ground & insurance is included in the shipping fees. Other shipping arrangements can be made by contacting us directly by phone or email. We currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan & UK. If your country is not listed here, please contact us for shipping details.

Oversized items such as bows, quivers, spears or especially heavy items may require additional shipping fees. Any items requiring additional shipping fees will be noted in the items description or you will be contacted by email.

We will do everything possible to ship your item or items within 2 business days of placing your order, unless your order consists of handmade items. Handmade or custom items could take up to two weeks to complete before shipping. If there is an unusual delay period or we are unable to deliver the items you ordered in a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified.

Returns :
All sales are FINAL. No Refunds or Returns on Authentic Native American made items or custom made items. They are considered "Sold As Is".  Claims for return of defective or damaged merchandise must be made within 3 working days of receipt of merchandise, NO EXCEPTIONS.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval. You must contact us by phone at 337-214-4171 or email at returns@cherokeevisions.com.  Digital photos of the damaged item or items are always encouraged & appreciated.  No cash refunds. Qualified refunds will be for replacement or store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Cherokee Visions understands the importance or maintaining privacy. The information collected by Cherokee Visions is used only by Cherokee Visions & it's agents to fulfill purchase orders by the customer. Information maintained by Cherokee Visions is not
given or sold to any other persons or companies for any reason.
